Sue Stepp has over 15 years corporate experience in sales and sales training with Proctor and Gamble and Ethicon, a s
ubsidiary of Johnson and Johnson. With the birth of her daughter, Sue shifted her efforts from the corporate world to her family and community service in Jacksonville.
As a member of the Junior League of Jacksonville, Sue founded the Foster Bundles program providing basic necessities in backpacks to children entering the foster care system. She has held a number of board positions including President of the Duval Unit Operating Board for the American Cancer Society, Chairman of the First Coast Child Advocates Board supporting the Guardian Ad Litem, President of the Parents Association at Jacksonville Country Day School and is a member of the Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
As Sue’s daughter prepared to leave home for college, they identified several life skills everyone should have before heading out on their own and formed STEPPING UP YOUR LIFE SKILLS, LLC.

Previously, Joe had been a broker in the insurance and investment business in NYC. He and his wife moved to Jacksonville, Florida just prior to the tragedy of 9/11.
